When it's time to complete your survey, you'll receive an email that looks like this:

To complete the survey, simply click the yellow button which will take you to a webpage. The questions will be delivered to you one at a time. At the end you'll have the option to enter additional feedback into an open text field and link it to an area of the business. This question is optional and you do not have to fill it out. 

If you have missed a previous survey, you can go back and fill them out at any time. You can do so by clicking on Insights from your home page, and then the yellow ANSWER SURVEY button next to the survey you'd like to complete.
