Password changes are always recommended to keep your account safe on any platform. Thankfully, it's a super-simple process on Perkbox.
If you are logged into Perkbox
From your home page:
Select ACCOUNT NAME
Select MY ACCOUNT
Select CHANGE PASSWORD
You will be directed to a new page, where on the left hand side you will see a tab for CHANGE PASSWORD.
Fill out your Current Password
Fill out your new password - we ask for this twice to avoid any typos.
It's that easy!
If you're not logged into Perkbox and have forgotten your password
Head to app.perkbox.com and type in your email address.
This will take you to your companies homepage. From here you will be able to click FORGOT PASSWORD and we will send you a reminder of the password on your account.
You will receive an email from us that will look a little something like this:
