Emails are often filtered by your company firewall, internet service provider or email client before they arrive in your inbox. As a result, our email communications could be immediately discarded or identified as spam.
To prevent this from happening - as an Outlook user you can add our domain(s) to your safe senders list. Or as a network administrator at your company, you can whitelist our marketing IP address(es) to ensure emails are delivered.
