For security purposes, Perkbox asks our users to complete a MFA (multi-factor authentication also known as 2-factor authentication) when activating your Perkbox account. One part of this authentication process is done by verifying your phone number.
Sometimes, it's tricky to set up because the area code can default to the UK. If you are located in Australia, make sure you have selected the Australian flag, then input your phone number BUT don't put 0 at the start.
The number format should be 4** *** ***
